Who Is Eligible to Apply for a Business Talent Visa 132?
You are eligible for a business talent visa 132 if:

  • You are nominated by an Australian state or territory government agency.
  • You are invited to apply for visa 132.
  • You have achieved a successful business career.
  • You have a strong desire to own and operate a business in Australia.
  • You have business assets valued at AUD400,000, obtained at least two years out of four fiscal years before you are invited to apply for visa 132.
  • Your annual business profits are a minimum of AUD3 million for at least two years out of four fiscal years before your invitation to apply.
  • You must have lawfully obtained business and personal assets between you and your partner of AUD 1.5 million. These funds must be transferred to Australia during the 2 years since your visa is granted.
  • You and your partner cannot be involved in any type of criminal activity or dubious business transactions.
  • You meet the health requirements. After you apply for the visa, you may be asked to submit health examinations to see if you meet the health requirements. If for some reason you fail these requirements, your visa may be rejected.

Business Talent Visa 132 Streams
For a business talent visa 132 you can apply for either one of these streams:

  • Significant Business History stream. In order to apply for this stream, you must have a net value of at least AUD1.5 million. These funds must have been acquired legally and you must prevent evidence of your legal businesses.
  • Venture Capital Entrepreneur stream. You can apply for this stream if you have venture capital of at least AUD1 million given by a member of the Australian Investment Council (AIC).

Application Process for Australia Business Talent Visa 132
The application process for business visa 132 is made up of two important steps:

  1. Paying the application fee. You must submit the fee first via an ImmiAccount, if you don’t already have an operating account then make sure you open a new account. Once you submit your application fee your visa application will be taken into consideration.
  2. Submitting the application documents. You can’t submit your documents via the ImmiAccount, you have to send the documents and other forms (all in English or translated) by post to the Adelaide Business Skills Processing Centre. If you are sending the application from China, Hong Kong, Macau, or Taiwan, then you must send the completed application to the Australian consulate in Hong Kong.
